Immunity Relationships
Electric attacks are completely ineffective against Earth types (0×). Earth attacks are completely ineffective against Air types (0×).
STAB Bonus
When an Eleon uses an attack that matches its own type, it receives a 1.5× damage bonus (STAB).
Dual Types
For dual-type Eleon, multiply the effectiveness against each type. For example, Fire attacking Grass/Earth results in 2× × 2× = 4× effectiveness.

Understanding the Type System in Eleon Adventures
What is the Type System?
Eleon Adventures features a strategic type system where each Eleon belongs to one or two elemental types: Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, Earth, and Air. The type of your attack and your opponent's defense type determine how much damage you deal.
Understanding type matchups is crucial for success in battles. A well-planned type advantage can turn the tide of battle, while ignoring type effectiveness can lead to devastating defeats.
How to Read the Type Chart
The type chart above shows a 6×6 matrix where:
- Rows represent the attack type (the type of move you're using)
- Columns represent the defense type (your opponent's Eleon type)
- The number in each cell shows the damage multiplier
For example, if you use a Fire attack against a Grass type Eleon, you'll see "2×" in the chart, meaning you deal double damage. Conversely, using Fire against Water shows "0.5×", meaning you only deal half damage.
Type Effectiveness Multipliers
Super Effective
Deals double damage. These are your best matchups - use them whenever possible to maximize damage output.
Not Very Effective
Deals half damage. Avoid these matchups when possible, or switch to a more effective type.
Normal
Deals standard damage with no type advantage or disadvantage.
No Effect
Completely ineffective. The attack deals no damage. Never use these matchups.
Dual-Type Eleon System
Many Eleon in Eleon Adventures have dual types, combining two elemental types. When calculating damage against dual-type Eleon, the effectiveness multipliers are multiplied together.
Example: Double Weakness (4× Damage)
A Fire attack against a Grass/Earth type Eleon:
2× (Fire → Grass) × 2× (Fire → Earth) = 4× total effectiveness
Example: Double Resistance (0.25× Damage)
A Fire attack against a Water/Earth type Eleon:
0.5× (Fire → Water) × 0.5× (Fire → Earth) = 0.25× total effectiveness
Example: Mixed Effectiveness (1× Damage)
A Fire attack against a Grass/Water type Eleon:
2× (Fire → Grass) × 0.5× (Fire → Water) = 1× total effectiveness
Advanced Battle Strategies
1. STAB (Same-Type Attack Bonus)
When an Eleon uses an attack that matches its own type, it receives a 1.5× damage bonus. This means a Fire-type Eleon using a Fire attack gets both the type effectiveness multiplier AND the STAB bonus, significantly increasing damage output.
2. Weather Effects
Weather conditions can modify damage. During Rain, Water attacks deal 50% more damage, while Fire attacks deal 50% less. Strong Wind affects Air-type Eleon evasion but doesn't directly modify damage.
3. Team Composition
Build a diverse team covering multiple types to handle various opponents. Having Eleon of different types ensures you always have a super effective option available. Consider dual-type Eleon for more defensive coverage.
4. Immunity Awareness
Remember that Electric attacks are completely ineffective against Earth types (0×), and Earth attacks are ineffective against Air types (0×). Always have backup strategies for these matchups.
💡 Pro Tip
Use the Damage Calculator to plan your attacks before battle. Input your attack type, opponent's type, and check for STAB and weather effects to maximize your damage output!
